United Kingdom​

Delivery is £3.99 and FREE for all orders over £25 

Your order will be sent First Class by Royal Mail. The parcel will be dispatched the next working day with delivery to your chosen address within 3 working days.

International

Delivery is from £5.50 for International Standard and £10.00 for International Tracked

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail and the shipping fee will be calculated by the weight of the parcel. The parcel will be dispatched the next working day with delivery to your chosen address within 7 days.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given but we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. We cannot process orders to P.O Box addresses.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders before or on the date given during the order process provided the item is in stock. However, in rare cases this may not be possible and in such cases we will notify you by email and try to get your order to you within 30 days. If you still have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us. Deliveries to rural areas may take 2-3 days more.

We take great care and pride at creating the best possible product for all our customers. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of its delivery. If you'd like to know more about our guarantee or any of our products, please contact us.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)​​​

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@narynda.com and send your item to: Reston, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, GB CB3 0LH.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Reston, Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, GB CB3 0LH.

 

Unfortunately we are not able to pay the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
